Take whole plant of Gokhru. Wash to clean dirt and soil. Grind the herb to extract juice (¼ cup). Mix this juice in a cup of buttermilk and drink for ten days.
Take whole Gokhru plant, clean it and dry in shade. Grind to make powder. Mix this powder with cinnamon (1 tsp), cardamoms (6), and misri (1/4 cup). Take this powder (1/2 tsp ) three times a day with water.
Weakness, muscle building
Mix gokhru, mulehti, bhringraj and amla. Grind to make powder and take twice a day.
Uterus infection and inflammation
Prepare decotion of Gokhru fruit ( 10 gm) and ajwain (2 gm) in water and drink for few days.

Khus (vala, Ushira) Akkha
Vetiveria zizanioides, also known as khas khas, khas or khus grass, is native to India. It is a densely tufted grass, with long, thin and rigid leaves and can grow up to 1.5 meters high. The grass grows well in rich marshy soil that is found throughout the plains and lower hills of India, especially on the riverbanks. The plant is different from the other grass forms, in that instead of having mat-like root systems, it befits in growing downwards and can grow up to 2-4 meters in depth. *कीकर (बबूल) की 100 ग्राम गोंद भून लें इसे पीसकर इसमें

शाम हल्के गर्म दूध से लेने से वीर्य के रोग में लाभ होता है।
*50 ग्राम कीकर के पत्तों को छाया में सुखाकर और पीसकर
तथा छानकर इसमें 100 ग्राम चीनी मिलाकर 10-10 ग्राम
सुबह-शाम दूध के साथ लेने से वीर्य के रोग में लाभ मिलता है।
*बबूल की फलियों को छाया में सुखा लें और इसमें बराबर
की मात्रा मे मिश्री मिलाकर पीस लेते हैं। इसे एक चम्मच
की मात्रा में सुबह-शाम नियमित रूप से पानी के साथ सेवन से
करने से वीर्य गाढ़ा होता है और सभी वीर्य के रोग दूर हो जाते हैं।
